Preview all done up lipstick8/24/2023 When my face is still damp, I proceed to apply my Vitamin E oil as a moisturizer and my retinol/vitamin A & hydraulic acid serum I stopped towel drying and I just let my face air dry while I quickly do other things. If I have makeup on, I do an oil cleanse before this step. I just use the basic Cetaphil gentle face wash because I like that it doesn't leave my already dry skin type flaky. Not really related to weight loss but I started taking d3, vitamin C, and b12 every morning. If i wanted to have something sweet, I opted for one Ghirideli mini-chocolate with 60% cocoa and less than 8grams of sugar. oftentimes I'd have one cheat meal once a week to maintain sanity. So I didn't feed myself the illusion that I'll never eat them again. The unfortunate thing is that these are foods that I love to eat lol. I avoided carbs as much as possible pasta, bread, french fries, pizza, rice, potatoes and other starches etc.i also avoided sweets. I would only sparingly use laxative teas as digestion aids.Ħ. Green tea during the day for its minimal caffeine, antioxidants, etc.and chamomile at night as a digestion aid and sleep aid. I drank a lot of green and chamomile tea. Of course quinoa can also raise blood sugar as it is a carb that eventually can break down into sugar, but it doesn't spike it as much as other grains. This has worked for me, but I also realize that risk for cholesterol problemsĤ. The fruits that I had were low glycemic like strawberries, blueberries, etc.I can't do one meal a day, it's just not sustainable for me at all. Oftentimes I would fry with butter to add fat and make the meals more sustainable. Ate mainly protein sources home made eggs, bacon, chicken, steaks, and sardines. I'd also mix it with a collagen peptide powder to help with my skin and hair.ģ. Vitamin C is very sensitive to heat, so you're likely to reap more benefits when you let it cool down a little. But be careful not to add the lemon directly to the boiling water. Had hot lemon water every morning before my breakfast. If I felt hungry, I'd eat strawberries and drink tea with no sugar.Ģ. I exercised and did some HIIT workouts, but I think most of my success has been attributed to my eating habits. My goal is around 125-126, and then to focus on toning. I was diagnosed as a prediabetic almost 2 years ago, but only decided to get serious about my health recently. I do my own hair so I like to switch my style occasionally My goal is to do a total of 150 minutes of exercise a week plus add in some dance workouts just to boost my physical activity up I am not strict on this which is probably why I am not in the best shape but I do make sure to not sit around and keep myself physically busy. By the end of this year I want to be in shape and fit. I will decrease my use of wearing flats for church events, dates, going out to dinner for celebrations, etc. I have became comfortable wearing flats everywhere and I want to change it up and slowly work my up to wearing higher heels. I am no longer dating now but I am wondering do I still need to a outfit or two just in case Time for me to grow up and be the woman I want to be. I am tiered of just doing the basic things for certain events that I shared above but going all out for hanging out at a club. I want to be a lady that knows how to dress well and bring it for any occasion or special event ( church, funerals, family graduations, interviews ). I would love to hear how you plan on glowing up this year. I am still working on other aspects of my " glow up plan" and will share once it is complete. I am going to shop seasonally and only buy high-quality pieces. I just need to find the right hairstylist. I want to give up wigs and get back into wearing natural-looking sew-ins. I want to still look like myself but just a better version. I'm still looking for the right doctor who has a soft touch and a good eye. I am going to get nose, and smile line fillers. I love my face but want to enhance my beauty. This product is pretty affordable and seems to deliver excellent results. I want a tighter stomach, leaner legs, and a plump butt. She uses it daily for 20 min and I plan on doing the same. She's been using it for two weeks and is already seeing results:
